ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S COST.

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. *
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- 1: The order still contains all the correct parts and components, and
the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.
- 2: There is clearly normal handling of the product, breakage due to careless
handling is excluded.
- 3: Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned
before the return process begins.
- 4: The product appears to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- 5: We have the right to charge the costs. 5: We have the right to charge the shipping costs to the customer.
6: A return will be processed within 7 business days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to start the return process.

Please ensure that the email contains the following:
- Order number (#1234)
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer's first name + last name
- Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. You can also find the return address at the bottom of this page.
Never send returned goods to the sender. We will send you the correct address when you have asked us to do so. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following
provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to his or her
commercial or professional activity.
CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party
other than the carrier named by you has received or accepted the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are usually processed within 24 hours
after submission. After 24 hours, we cannot interrupt the shipping process
before delivery, so a refund is not possible after these 24 hours. If you inform us
by e-mail within 24 hours that you wish to cancel the order, we will cancel the order and
refund the amount.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LONURU) of your
decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).
The right of withdrawal is implemented when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Goods that cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines).
- Hygiene or sanitary items.
- All personal products.
- Gift vouchers, downloadable software and certain health products.
Registration for shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over
which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you,
it is not possible to cancel. Wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You can of course inform us of your cancellation in advance.
In order to guarantee you the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments
that we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs,
which result from you having chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the time you cancel the contract.
At the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your
revocation of this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use
the same payment method that you used for the original transaction,
unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for
this refund.
Responsibility for return costs
The customer is always responsible for all costs associated with returns.
